Why the Sunstroke or Heatstroke attacks?
Well in the summer season we hear that most commonly sunstroke attacks firstly we have to know that what is sunstroke how the sunstroke attacks and what are it symptoms. The sunstroke is also called has heatstroke it attacks due to high temperature generated on the body it is due to heat exposure on the outside of the body which emits by the sun at that time the body temperature increases and leads to sunstroke or heat stroke.
Normally the body average temperature of the humans is 37 degrees Celsius and in Fahrenheit 98.6 degrees Fahrenheit if the body temperature goes high from normal temperature to high temperature it lead to sunstroke in the body heat cannot control by itself we have to provide the internal cooling substances to the body and it then cools and decreases the temperature and protect from the heatstroke.
Heat stroke result in high temperature in the body due to less water it can called as dehydration which can due to drinking of less water it results to shortage of water in body and fails to controls the body temperature.
Symptoms for the sunstroke
- High headache.
- Sweating high.
- Skin color changes into red hot.
- Vomiting.
- Muscles cramp.
- Urine color changes into dark.
Tips to avoid the Sunstroke
On the heatstroke or Sunstroke lot of people gets unconscious and get illness on that time we have to follow the some useful medical tips which are readily available to us like protect them for sun shine and take them to hospitals.

- Take the lite food on summer season.
- Avoid the non vegetarian food mostly.
- Drink the water more and it leads to decrease the body temperature and help to remove impurities.
- Take the lemon juice it will more benefit to you and it cools the body instantly if anybody gets illness or unconscious they can easily recover with this.
- Drink the coconut water it has lot of minerals and vitamin it can reduce the temperature give instant result.
- Take the fruits more it can decrease the body temperature.
- Drink the Butter milk it will control the temperature and gives more healthy benefits.

- Protect your skin from direct sun light by covering the face hands with clothes and applying sun cream and lotions.
